I've only used the massager once so far and am definitely looking forward to my next hair wash (twice a week for me). It was nicely packaged along with a gold hair band, feels good in your hand and is just amazing. I wet my hair and added some shampoo as I read you can use less and the massager created a lot of lather. My hair didn't grab it at all. I felt my hair was a little thicker after drying and styling it. I am very glad that I ordered this item!
