Great value for money
This chair fits my needs perfectly. It doesn't have a tilt lock, but you can adjust the tension, which works great. I weigh about 250 pounds, but since I'm using it on the lowest settings I can't measure the air cylinder accurately. It doesn't really compare to anything like the Herman Miller Aeron, but for the price it's a really good chair.
