This is the second set I have purchased. This set is for our daughter after she complained about dull paring knives. Even if they're not made of high-quality German steel, they cut like they used to! Beautiful and lightweight flexible blades that are easy to sharpen. I'm a fan of knives, I have way too many of them. But when I need to cut something, these are my favorite blades. Great pens too. Plus, you can't beat the price with a stick! Get ready.
