This winter this device has allowed me to snowmobile 3000 miles despite having severe shoulder and neck pain the whole time. This took the weight of my helmet off my neck and onto my shoulders, and as an added bonus, my neck and helmet were draft-free. I slipped it right over my jacket, although it was too small to wrap completely around my neck, and adjusted it so I could turn my head a bit. However, it looks rough as the strong wind tears the material for 10 hours. I would suggest making a snowmobile version with a waterproof material and a larger size to wear over a coat.
