I made a mistake vacuuming the tray a year ago. Since then, whenever I turned on my vacuum, the unmistakable smell of a cat immediately filled the room. It seemed a bit counterintuitive to me that when cleaning I made the place smell like a litter box and I never got any credit for my cleaning feats as everyone said "what's that smell, did you clean the litter box?" instead of my ultra clean ones floor to notice! I finally decided it was time for a new vacuum but then I read the reviews on this filter that said replacing the filter solved the odor issue and I can CONFIRM that it has. Changing the filter was easy, next cleaning there was no smell and now I'm finally getting the recognition I deserve!
