The booking process to get our clients travel done, it's easy to use and very user friendly. It is very simple to use for our non IT people. There are no downsides, it's great! We need to make sure we have plenty of staff available to answer questions/ticket requests as we do get quite busy with our client base. If you want an easy way of getting your customers travel booked, then this one is for you. We've been using them now for over 2 years and haven't had any issues at all. Our customer service team has been able to deal with ticket queries and requests without any problems.
