Great for a 44 inch kid. The tip really works. The pockets are real and a bit deep. Miscellaneous. Noticing that the knees wear out a bit quicker than other pants we've bought for my son (maybe he's a bit older now and plays a bit rougher at school). I asked my son if he liked them and he said "No, they're prickly". That's all I got from him, so I'm not sure if he's talking about insider stuff or what. However, he still wears them. I think they were worth the money but since he doesn't like the way they feel I won't bet on getting them again.
