TEN REFLECTIVE STARS

I don't understand a rating below 5 stars. I love these powdery metallic colors so much I've only had them since I've had 8 sets. I get my nails done every two weeks and nothing compares to how the metal shines even remotely on your fingers. People grabbed my arms just to stop and ask what I looked like. Each set brings a new set of compliments. I've pointed this out to anyone who insists on the Revain link for this article. For you stars. Do you use UV or LED light activated gel for curing? What you should do: Apply base gel, then cure under LED/UV light. Apply gel color (black, white etc.), then cure under LED/UV light. (You may need more than one coat of color - just stay consistent on each nail, repeat cure for each additional coat of color.) Apply gel top coat then cure under LED/UV light. NOW - Rub in the powder of your choice, either with the swabs provided or with your finger. Apply more and massage in, massage in until nails reflect. After that, apply another gel top coat under LED/UV light. Now everything is ready. If you don't do all of this, you won't get results! Turned off? I have never had powder before 10 days and this slight wear was barely noticeable at the edge of the nail. Now I never get bored with my nails and I don't think I can ever part with this look compared to regular gel nails. I'm looking for more colors, there are only 8 of those in this set. Helpful Hints: The color of the gel you use under the nail will determine the final look of the metallic effect. You can use almost any color - a lighter color is lighter than metallic, a darker color is darker. I broke my nail and had to have it fixed at a different shop than where I made my set. The emergency store used a different brand of black gel paint than what my nails were painted with. Even one nail differed from the others only in that it was a different kind of black, although it was still metallic. Gel tint is key. You can mix powder colors to get different color. Put a few powders of your choice in a small pile of powder and mix well. Make sure you have enough of this mixture before applying it to all ten nails. Stopping the remix will not result in a consistent color. You're going to spend a little, but damn it, spend it and you'll look amazing! - You need a friend who does nails. Thank god I have. I say this because the typical Asian shop acts like they don't speak English when you ask them if they will, or, in plain language, they will refuse to do so. And any salon that does this will definitely charge you extra for the extra work. Take a large pack of gum, e.g. B. Gloves. Why? Prolonged exposure to water (e.g. washing dishes, washing vegetables and even taking a shower) will kill the color of the gel. And grab a pair of rubber bands to secure the gloves around your wrists. This is good practice for all gel nails. The water can find a way to lift the nail plate around the cuticle and the water inside the glove soaks the edges that have already been stressed during the day. Remember that a drop of water can break a stone over time! Water laughs at your beautiful nails! Find any metallic non-gel toe polish. I found that while the polish is metallic, it goes well with the metallic look of these powder nails. Metallic toes with these metallic nails really create a finished look that base color nails just don't match. OK I'm done! I promise I didn't mean to write a review as I only bought this set based on the positive reviews - I don't need them anymore. I checked today to see if it was still in stock as I would like a different pack. Saw the stars fall and had to take a stand! Her stars make people miss the coolest nail look they can have. There's a small chance the quality has gone down since I received my set, but I think that's just user error.
