I got this set on a whim basically I just wanted to try making sushi for the first time and with the restaurants nearby this is the best option. For the price you can't go wrong. The mats are great and everything else in the kit was helpful. It comes with a PDF manual which is nice, but you can also go online and find tons of videos on how to roll sushi. Follow the seller's instructions to leave the mats in salt water before use.
