I ordered ballet flats for my son for the first time. They were too small so I contacted the seller to exchange them. A week went by and they didn't answer. It wasn't until he tried her on one of the top straps that she got angry; so not very durable. And also the elastic part at the top of the shoe came out. Again, this is all of the customization. Great price but not quality and takes quite a long time to get. I probably won't be ordering from them again. I found the best sellers for it.
