Review on IceCap K1-Nano Protein Skimmer: Optimize Aquarium Filtration with Efficiency by Brittany Harris

I am changing my rating to one star. When I bought the skimmer, I noticed that the inner bubble tower was wobbly. I assumed that was how it should be. Fast forward to last week when I took it apart to clean it and found that one of the tabs holding this item in place was broken. I reported this to Coralvue and we emailed each other which made me jump through hoops just to get a replacement. I glued it back together to make it work, but it shouldn't have broken in the first place and Coralvue should have just taken care of me as a customer. The last product I ever bought from Ice Cap or Coralvue. Started working immediately and fully stabilized in about a week. Pulling out a nice dark skimmate. This slowly helped kill the cyano that started growing in my Fluval Evo after using its PS2 skimmer (which went straight into the trash). It's a bit louder than I expected but worth the extra noise.
