Review on Victorinox Oyster Knife with 2-3/4-Inch Hooked Tip and SuperGrip Handle in New Haven Style by Stacey Haynes

I bought two of these knives with different blade shapes - one for me and one for my wife. We are both experienced oyster eaters and know what we value in a good knife. This is the best I've ever used. The steel is good, they don't flex or twist too much if you use them for leverage or heel turning, and they look good too. Hell, just last week we ate a bushel of fried oysters way faster than people with cheap knives. I would buy it again, but I don't have to.
