I see this item has good reviews. Unfortunately mine arrived broken. Given the low price I didn't want to worry about a return/exchange. The unit was defective, I didn't even try to replace it was my fault. The problem was the USB-C connector, which didn't reach all the way to the contact point. I couldn't see what the problem was. After thinking about it, I pushed harder and he finally entered. Then he didn't come out. It's really stuck. I was afraid that trying to pull it out too hard would damage my expensive computer. Finally I decided to pull harder and something squeaked. Then something clicked as it came out. I don't know what it was. Considering the price I threw the unit in the trash rather than risk using it again or messing around with a return/exchange. The plug must be checked at the factory before shipment. The failure of the plant was no excuse. This put my computer at great risk!
