The sharpest kitchen knife
I have had Victorinox knives for over 40 years, I have always liked the quality and practicality. This is my first non-Swiss army knife from them and it's amazing. It feels great in the hand, looks good and above all it is incredibly sharp. I'm not kidding - don't run this over your finger just to check, it will cut you and you won't even notice until you see blood all over your counter or (unfortunately) squeeze a lemon with that hand. So please be careful with the blade, which you should be doing anyway. I ordered one as a regular small kitchen knife and the day I received it I was so impressed with the textured handle and razor sharpness that I ordered several more to use as knives. table/steak knife. Note to Victorinox: please don't hesitate to send me free stuff for this awesome review lol. No seriously.
