Review on 🔪 Dexter-Russell 6-Inch Boning Knife (Model P94818) - White by Kenji Townsend

We work a lot with wildlife in the home so we're always on the lookout for extra knives. I don't like spending a lot of money on knives that will eventually get lost, but buying cheap knives is always a risk. They had decent reviews so I bought one to try. So far it's been great. It was very sharp and did a great job right after a gentle wash. It also seems to hold the blade quite well when working with hide and bone and was ready to use after being quickly run over steel. The size is good, the grip is comfortable for my small hand. Will definitely be buying two or three more to prepare for next deer season.
