Great sound quality, especially if you like bass. Unfortunately, this model is not compatible with the manufacturer's application. There's no ambient sound mode, and the instruction manual is rather short and not as clear as I usually prefer. Only the standard rubber/silicone eartips are included, which causes the earbud to move regularly unless I'm wearing a hat. / Elastic fabric strap to fix both devices in the ears. First off, I have below average ears and am prone to ear infections despite being in my 40's. The silicone/rubber earphone cases don't fit well and create an uncomfortable pressurized vacuum seal when I follow the instructions given. Instead of 4* rubber/silicone earphone cases, it would be SO much better and safer if comfy/memory foam earbuds were included with the purchase. Again, the sound quality exceeds my expectations, the battery life is as advertised and the battery life is phenomenal. The overall value of this item is tremendous. help minimize/solve problems/participate in office banter.
