Device errors and poor product support.
This item only lasted a year before it stopped working. Product support is limited at best and since they no longer make this model they are more likely to sell you a new device to help you with your purchased device. Not sure I will buy another Aquatic Life Ro/DI unit in the future, very expensive unit and poor performance make this a bad buy.
