Poor packaging: household batteries, chargers and accessories
This is my second battery to try. The first had problems with the springs where the battery pack is placed for charging. The second didn't even bother to pack a box for protection. Just the box it was made in and the ends weren't even sealed with tape. I've tried several batteries and yes it does charge the batteries a bit but not to the full extent as when I first bought it. I use a lot of batteries so I decided to give it another try to see how well it would charge all sizes.
