I received my order on the 2nd day of arrival. It wasn't difficult to assemble, I did it myself, without tools. I've been sleeping on it for about a week and so far I like it. I've never had memory foam, but after the first few nights I slept very well. Firm but fitting for my body. I'm 115 pounds so it feels very soft when pressed down, but when laid down it's much firmer as the weight is distributed. The only thing that bothered me was a bend/dent on part of the frame when it arrived. It seemed minor, so I decided to let it go and deal with it. I had no problems with that. As far as I could tell, he didn't smell. It might be a bit warm (but I live in a heated apartment with a duvet), but that doesn't really matter. It seems pretty sturdy and not springy, so it doesn't really move. I had a question while my order was being processed and the customer service was great, they emailed me within hours. I've really enjoyed it so far, especially for the great price.
