Review on 🔥 Dorman 620-800 Radiator Fan Assembly: High-Performance Cooling Solution for Optimal Engine Function by Richard Simmons

This part will install properly as a direct replacement for my VW Passat 2000 GLX V6 wagon, unpowered. The connector was round when delivered, but the original car connector has a different shape. To save time, my mechanic connected the old wire to the new one next to the fan without over-tightening the wire. He tested the direct-fed fan and it spun with no problems. Unfortunately, he suspects that the optional fan control module 8D0959501C has failed. In any case, the old fan had to be replaced because it did not rotate well on the spindle. For do-it-yourself assembly there is a clip that you need to squeeze to remove the fan from the radiator bracket. It took some WD-40 and some force to spin the old fan and eventually take it off.
