Review on 🧤 Scorpion EXO-AT950 Snow Motorcycle Helmet Accessories - Cold Weather Kit, Black, One Size by Jeremy Levendusky

This cold weather kit still works well in spring Montana, especially on those morning rides that take 30-40 seconds in snow, rain or fog. I haven't tried it in winter yet. Although the chin guard looks very similar, it differs from the standard chin guard that comes with the AT950. It has two latches that attach to the breath box, which keeps it on the nose, especially when the chin bar is lowered from the up position. A previous review noted that the face shield or chin bar (not sure what he meant) does not fully raise when the kit is installed. both work when installed correctly, no problem when mine is fully raised and locked in position. While this kit works adequately for me, I caution against a few possible downsides that may pose a problem for some. First, while there is a good foam seal between the bridge of the nose and the lower eye sockets/upper cheeks, I had some fogging on the very edges due to some breath loss. This doesn't always happen and doesn't really affect vision, but others can get better or worse due to a second potential downside: If you have a larger-than-average nose or a high bridge, the seal is likely to be difficult. less than ideal and/or you may experience uncomfortable pressure on your nose. If this is the case, try separate straps and if that helps, just lengthen the straps a bit for a permanent fix. Based on my experience I would recommend a cold weather kit for the Exo AT950 helmet considering the comments above.
