Low quality.
This vinyl was the brightest glow in the dark and worked so well but that's where the good ends. This vinyl was terrible to use. I've used several different machines and machines from different brands and the vinyl just ripped and pulled. It didn't survive at all. My daughter also bought this vinyl at the same time and had the same issues with it so it's not like I got a bad roll. I will not buy this product again.
