Review on 🎩 Tru-Spec Men's Gen-II Adjustable Boonie Hat for All-Weather Protection and Perfect Fit by Joe Ashan

I like this hat but it has a few fixable issues. The first issue is the tip for sizing. The hat comes with a band with a spring loaded paracord clip to help maintain tension. The problem is that the strap is too small and slips through the clamp, requiring constant tightening. I removed the tape and replaced it with paracord using the original clip. Now it works pretty well. If you choose to do this, use tape to thread the paracord through the hole. The second issue was with the paracord clip on the chin strap, which was placed on top of the chin strap AFTER the chin strap was sewn onto the hat. You folded the strap in half and just slipped it into the clip. If you pull the clip too far, it will completely detach from the chin strap. I solved this problem by taking another piece of paracord and simply tying a loop around the chin strap. Problem solved. Now the clip will not come loose from the strap. I really liked the hat. Basic black. It goes with everything I have (black) and I can fold it up and put it in my bag without worrying about it holding its shape when I unpack it.
