This product looks fantastic, the color on it looks like real stone. When placed around other gravel and rocks, this thing looks real. I use this in a 20 gallon tank, I did this because turtles produce a lot of waste which causes ammonia to build up in the water. Therefore, the larger size is ideal for waste disposal. To make this filter work a little better, I added some bio-beads between the filter cartridges to make it easier to deal with waste water. The pump in the filter is powerful enough to put that waterfall in a pile of gravel and still pumps water well. It also creates a flow good enough to carry water through the terrarium and filter the water through my gravel, further helping to clean it. Overall this product is great! I highly recommend it for a 20-30 gallon aquarium. It takes up a bit of space as you can see in my photos so expect to make the area around it part of the country. dark sediment on the bottom when i received it. I had to blast it with a hose and use a small amount of dish soap at dawn to get rid of the odor and residue. Make sure you wash it well when you receive the product.
