The problem is solved! - Printer ink and toner

Although I had an issue with the ink cartridge running out after only a few prints, when I contacted the seller they were very quick to apologize and sent a refund. I originally bought a pack of 2 cartridges and had no problems with the second cartridge so I'm pretty sure it was an isolated case. Thank you Starink.
