Too light for the street.
Nice idea for banner. However, they are not strong or thick enough nylon/polyester to withstand every wind. I even tied the rock at the bottom and hooked it at the top as shown in the picture. I put them outside for a day and one is already scattered around the yard and the other got tangled up in my wrought iron chair. It may be beautiful for indoor use but not for outdoor decoration. Just skip my return window.
