Why not include filters?

Not only did I get a box of glasses with no carbon filter, they charge over $20 for them! WTF? Outrageous. Because they charge for the bins themselves, not just to not include them, but to force us to buy the filters separately if they're part of what's at stake. I have to hold my hands up. I give up. Talk to death about a Nickel and Blackout customer. Other replacement parts I've found cost about $10 and are the same. Charcoal bag with sticker. And for $10 that's even too much. I love my Litter Maid litter box, but I'm really pissed off at the price of the accessories. So much so that I can hardly recommend this wonderful self-cleaning tray due to the expensive accessories. Are they trying to scare customers away? If the box itself wasn't that good, I'd say stay away. Luckily, there are other ways to save on supplies. Buy cheaper activated carbon filters or even buy the tea bags people use to make their own tea, double sided tape and pet store charcoal they use for fish and make your own. Here's what I'll do. And use plastic bags to line them inside so you can take out the bag easily. Don't buy these vessels, buy them once. Take trash deodorant as a backup while you're there. As much as Litter Maid is worth, they are ashamed of ripping off customers with accessories!
