The charging case doesn't have a magnetic closure and it doesn't appear to stay closed. - The provided earplugs are not very good. They don't provide a secure fit and fall out of the ears easily. This is probably an easy fix by getting third-party ear tips, which are memory foam that fills your ear, which will likely help you get a full picture of the sound quality and noise cancellation. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these if you're looking for budget wireless headphones.
