I had high hopes for them based on the many great reviews. Unfortunately they didn't work for me. I have very sensitive skin so the straps were very rough and I could tell they would chafe and blister. There was also a ridiculous learning curve figuring out how to adjust the straps and I can't even say I didn't have pictures as an apology. The insole was quite hard. Another reviewer mentioned that the straps tighten as you walk. That was the main reason I sent them back. Just as I was walking around the house trying them out, I felt the tight loop getting tighter and tighter. If I tried to wear them outside for a while I would probably have both my big toes amputated. Three stars because they seem sturdy and well made. I considered trying without the sheepskin coat but decided to try a different brand.
