These knives are terrible. A rock 'n' chop knife is bulky, unwieldy, and not particularly good at chopping things. Long cutters are slightly better, but don't expect them to cut straight - they're so flexible it's almost impossible to get good slices. They have so much flexibility that I would be afraid to cut anything remotely hard, I figured they might break trying to cut a pumpkin.
