I ordered this WOSECU wired home surveillance system to monitor the activities around my house. I wanted a wired system as my house has aluminum siding and the wifi doesn't even work in my backyard. I made sure I had a 1TB WD hard drive installed. It also comes with a mouse (you'll need to add your own monitor if you want) to access all the different settings. Setup was easy as I already had the cord to the junction box at the back of my house. The included power and video cables run through one cable and are approximately 60 feet long. One of the places I wanted to place the camera was 90 feet away and I was able to use a longer cable (sold separately) to get to that point. The kit includes two power supplies, one for the base unit and the other (with a splitter) to power up to 4 cameras. The base unit can hold up to 8 cameras, giving me room to expand if needed. The first thing that struck me was how sharp all the images were. You can choose single camera mode or 4 cameras at once or full 8 cameras on screen. You can then choose between these views with the mouse. There's also an app you can install on your smartphone (Android and iOS versions are available) and once you've set up an account on your server, follow the setup instructions and you'll be able to view your cameras on your smartphone the same way if you do are at home The only problem I've had is accessing the system from my computer: when I use Firefox, I get a notification that version 51 or earlier (2017 vintage) or Chrome version 44 or earlier (2015 crop) is required . , current version 93). I hope they provide a firmware update to fix this.
