Benefits: Parts are original equipment manufacturer quality, that's a good thing. If you fix a Whisper 20 or 40, it will get the job done. Once this kit is properly installed, your pump will run like new. Cons: The cost of the kit is about the same or slightly more than buying a replacement pump of the same model. Other sizes of whisper pumps in this family are misleading. I have 100 and took a chance, the photo was an indication of the contents as the price of the kit made no sense for a simple $10 pump repair. The picture should only show the package in the middle. I would not buy it again at this price.
