So I read the reviews for these SSD slates and saw that the only question that was asked/answered was "Will this work with an Xbox ?” and the answer was "YES". So I figured the positive reviews and the fact that someone claimed the device would work for the purpose I wanted it for was enough to order it. So the device arrived, good packaging and no damage to the device itself. I connect it to my computer and think I need to format it to make it work on the Xbox. Well my computer won't let me do anything with it, it just tells me it's not working properly, no solutions, no options, nothing. Whatever I was thinking, so I connected it to the Xbox. The Xbox knew something was connected but couldn't do anything about it, similar to how I connected it to my computer. Conclusion: not worth the money. I bought it when it was $40 and now it's $80. I wouldn't buy this for any money. I'm returning this item, save yourself the hassle of returning it and don't order it in the first place.
