Hello, I sharpen and repair salon scissors. I buy these cheap ones from time to time out of curiosity just to see how good the quality is. This has to be one of the worst I've ever seen. I didn't expect much from them but I took a risk and ordered. Yes, they retail for $6 for a pair of scissors. I thought they were cheap but maybe they cut anyway but no they don't cut hair at all. If you buy other highly rated brands here even for $15, they are 100 times better than this one. LOL, they should only be used as movie props. I couldn't even fix them for carving they were so bad.
