Does NOT work without HP cartridges to initialize!

This is a "remanufactured" printhead that cannot be primed without HP initiation cartridges that are not supplied with this printhead. You are held hostage by HP. Buy the C1Q10A kit and save time by getting what you really need to get your printer up and running again. Don't try to "approve" this important component like I've tried. Big mistake!
