Many capsules are broken, all the powder squirts out.
It was frustrating to open the packaging and discover how many pods were cracked and broken and there was a lot of powder on the rest and bottom of the bag. These wash capsules were purchased for use by an elderly woman with skin sensitivity and vision problems. But now she gets her hands on detergent when she takes it out of the bag. Can't buy them again.
