Ties but designed to slip!
I like that they tie but when you put them on the boy doesn't need to know how to tie them.
These have been great shoes for my 2.5 year old for the past few months and I will be buying bigger shoes again when he grows up.
Pros
- My kid told me it was too tight, should have taken a larger size as kids feet grow.
Cons
- Broke after wearing it several times
