Efficient and useful for all cooks

We decided to buy this twin set to replace our 15 year old Wüsthof which is still sharp and cuts well but is missing two parts: a serrated knife and one of steak knives. The scissors in this set are a bit smaller, but I really like that the Santoku knife is easy to use and very effective at slicing and slicing chicken breasts and fillets for stews. We have high hopes for this set and hope it performs as well as our old set.
