I've been looking for strong collars for my two puppies for a long time. The previous collars I've had for them were torn to shreds and I'd spent $40 each on them, so I looked for something with a stronger material and a little cheaper price. These collars fit very well and the collars appear to be quite strong (tear/do not tear). My Shiba love to hunt in the bush and are energetic, always on the move when outside - their collar wears out a lot. They seem to be holding up pretty well after a few weeks. No tears, no tears. Let's see how they hold up over the next few months. I have no problem with the collars accidentally falling off (they are put on the harness when I walk them so I don't put a leash on their collar) and I don't pull on their collars for any reason, but I see no problem in just walk with a collar until your dog pulls. * wasn't a fan of the bow so I took it off, it's detachable
