Ideal for "feather sanding " between coats of spar paint.
I had to apply several coats of varnish to the front door. Once dry the polish is so smooth that the only way to get more adhesion is to sand VERY LIGHTLY between coats. I wrapped this 500 grit paper around a lightweight whiteboard eraser. Then I sanded in one direction all over the grain. (Do not rub in one spot, this will ruin the finish).
