Quality control must be poor. The screw is SEMI-CLOSED. AND THEN THE SCREW WON'T LOOSE. You have to pull the entire block, anchor and screw out of the wall. Made the mistake of putting the item to be mounted through the screw and had to pull the whole item out of the wall. It took two pliers and a lot of force to restore the anchored element. I just tried a screw and anchor from the wall - same problem. The anchor is not flexible enough to be usable. I have used this type of anchor before with no problems.
