Review on Columbia Women's Storm Surge Waterproof Rain Trousers by Gilbert Cokky

This is a great alternative to spats. The ankle is wide enough for me to put them on and off without taking off my hiking boots, but the velcro at the ankle tightens. They sit well on the hips and thighs (the waist is not too high). I'm 5'5 125 lbs. They are definitely waterproof. I wear them in snow and rain for long hikes. I would have liked the pant leg to be a bit narrower, but I definitely wouldn't say the pant is too big. Those are great pants. Also windproof. Underneath you can wear tight-fitting layers (leggings/soccer pants).
