Review on πŸ”Œ Enhanced Sanitaire Force SC5745D Commercial Upright Vacuum by Robin Stone

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Powerful commercial vacuum cleaner - and cyclone, so no filter bag.

Commercial vacuum cleaners are fun. And also pain. I've been using them for years and I love them. As clean vacuum cleaners, they almost always outperform household vacuum cleaners. But they are also usually bulky, heavy and unmanoeuvrable. With commercial vacuums, you trade convenience for substance: They're sturdy and durable, but they don't have a variety of useful tools, they weigh more, and they don't crawl under things like sofas when they're upright. So let me get it straight because it's not my Dyson V10 or even my Kenmore canister vacuum. And for the most part, I prefer the V10 to this vacuum and Kenmore. But for everyday cleaning, it's as light as a standard vacuum and a reliable beast. It's made of plastic, not metal, so it's lightweight for commercial quality. Here are the advantages of this vacuum cleaner even among the commercial vacuum cleaners. 1) 40ft spare power cord. Thick, like thick wire inside. Incredibly comfortable! You can equip your entire home or office with just one central socket. A two-pin connector. Grounding is not required 2) Plastic as said. Relatively easy. Not light for a household vacuum, but very good for commercial quality. And it's solid plastic. My Dyson and Kenmore vacuums are always in danger of breaking, and my Kenmores always end up breaking. Their wheels fall off, filter doors break. The wheels of this vacuum cleaner are big. They will not fall off during use. And the rest of the vacuum is built just as well. The filter flap is probably the most fragile part on a vacuum cleaner, which is a good thing considering how infrequently it needs to be opened. 3) Adjustable height that works and an adjustment mechanism that lasts. The height adjustment of knockers is usually so wobbly and prone to failure. The height adjustment of this vacuum cleaner seems to last a long time. There's a simple spring holding it under tension that could easily snap, but I'm guessing it's a $0.25 part that's easily repaired or replaced at the hardware store. 4) Excellent suction power. Excellent racquet. Powerful fan motor.5) The hose can be detached from the body of the vacuum cleaner and used separately to clean upholstery, under furniture, etc. The hose is of excellent quality. Not big extension tube and vacuum head for extension tube. Just a small upholstery brush. 6) Without bag. This machine has a brother that comes with a bag filter. This model is a bagless cyclonic vacuum cleaner. You remove the entire canister to empty it and it contains quite a bit of dirt. But I think the cyclonic nature of this vacuum makes it a bit noisier than the similar Sanitaire that uses a filter. It's bad now. 1) This vacuum cleaner does not fit under low furniture such as upholstered chairs or sofas. And the tools provided are not enough to cover large areas like under a sofa. It would be nice if it had better tools. The hose is long and strong enough to carry the best ground tools, but they just aren't included. I also made a video of this machine which might help you get a little better idea of what it's worth and show you how to put it together. . All in all, this is a good, true commercial quality vacuum cleaner in my first opinion and I would recommend it to anyone looking for such a machine.
