Update 2: Well it's good that it has such a great warranty because I have my second replacement now. Before the first replacement cable stopped working, it behaved like a short circuit; it would charge and then stop, or I had to shake it or unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. Fingers crossed it will continue to work. Update 1: Three months later it stopped working. I connect it to my iPad and the device says "not charging". The company was pleased to replace the cable and said I should have a new one in about a week, but what a disappointment this purchase caused. The cable looks brand new and shows no signs of wear yet, but the good looks don't charge my iPad. The original 4-star rating has been downgraded to 1. I've been using this daily with my iPad Air for almost three months and am mostly happy with it. It is very durable and has no cracks or chips at all. However, one odd thing is keeping me from withholding a star in my rating: I keep getting an error message telling me the device may not be supported. So far, pressing "OK" to dismiss the message has allowed me to charge my iPad with no issues, but one of the perks of this cable was that it was certified, so what the heck?
