Review on J Henckels 3 Inch Carbon Stainless Steel by Lisa Pettway

I bought the complete set back in 1992 on a business trip to Germany (10 pieces plus a wooden knife block). A few years later, my brother gave me the same set of six-piece steak knives for Christmas. We used all of these knives on a daily basis. No problems with any of them. However, my wife broke the tip of a 3 inch counter knife trying to use it as a screwdriver. Bought a replacement right away. Then, a few years later, my wife had a pretty big kids' party at home, and the 3-inch twin knife disappeared. As you might have guessed, I bought another replacement. Again, these are amazing knives!
