This is the third (and last!) La-Z-Boy product I have purchased in the last 5 years. Ironically, I still have a 1962 La Z Boy chair that I inherited from my parents and reupholstered. What a sad drop in quality since then. Despite costing more than double the price of similarly higher rated chairs, this chair offers NO benefits. Parts are badly milled and poorly fitted. The controls don't work well, mostly because they're made out of cheap plastic. The chair itself wobbles and creaks. And after only 11 months I have to replace it. However, here's a lesson for the rest of America's corporations: If you sell your reputation for quality to make a quick buck, you can never get it back.
