I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews. The metal they are made of is quite thick and these legs are more durable than the original feet that came with our 70 inch LG TV. Like many they've bought, our cage was 48 inches wide, but crazy LG placed support legs around the edges of the TV. When mounted to our kit's VESA points, the legs are just over 2 feet apart and 18 inches from each edge. 70 inches really seems like the max size your feet can handle. The best position for our TV is when the top of each leg is only 1/8 inch below the bottom of the TV. As others have said, it would be nice to have a few more VESA screw length options, but you can get creative with the plastic spacers to get the job done.
