Review on 🚗 Car Work Box 9012 LED Headlight Bulb: Ultra Bright 20000LM 120W 6000K Conversion Kit - Premium CSP Chips by Ryan Whatley

Note the knurled ring on it can detach from the headlight on the 9012 (fits well on my 2014 Impala LT2, saw a 2015 report that they don't fit. I have a newer 2015 body style on my 14 so not sure why that's for it). I thought the product was faulty and the ring almost fell into my headlight when I put it in. As it turned out, there are 2 notches on the ring that are used to place it on the headlight assembly. It is then twisted tightly to attach it to the headlight. This is a bit of a bad design for me because you twist the headlight to lock it by pressing on the ring which can cause the ring to come loose from the headlight like it has happened to me. it's for people to know. It's nowhere in the instructions. I thought the ring was somehow just broken and didn't realize until I tried to put it back on that it was twisting tight. They are replacing some 80w 16,000 lumen light bulbs that failed after 6 months. These are a little lighter. Poor overall rating for the ring lock design.
