Review on πͺ Ginsu Gourmet Chikara Series: 8-Piece Japanese Steel Knife Set - Premium Cutlery in Bamboo Block by Brock Chisholm
Rust spots after 3 weeks.
I've been using these knives for 3 weeks and they already have rust spots. I hand wash them and dry them after use but that doesn't seem to help. The knives themselves work great, very sharp but for the price (and the "stainless" claim) I would expect them to last longer. We tried using a fellow bartender on the affected areas, but it didn't work. Save money and buy cheap knives or spend real money and choose the best. This is not the best mid-range option.
