This is not HTV vinyl. It's some kind of fabric. There is no indication of this anywhere on the packaging. There is no cutting direction. I thought it was vinyl because it doesn't look any different. He ruined the whole sheet by not cutting through to the end. I tried weeding it with a knife blade and my usual weeding tools hoping to save it. I wasn't successful. So now I have 4 more sheets that I don't know if I can use at all. It would be nice to specify what it was and what settings to use for cutting. That's a waste of money.
